TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The services are backed by our warranty that the premises will remain free of above insects during the period of the contract. In the case of General Disinfection & Bed Bugs treatment, the premises must be kept closed for 2 to 3 hours after thorough treatment, so as to ensure efficiency/ effectiveness of the treatment.

2. If at any time after completion of the initial treatment, at the aforesaid premises and before the expiry of the contract period, in case the pest shall, reappear ; we shall without further charge, repeat the treatment of the said premises to such extent and so often before the expiry period as may be necessary to free the said premises of the pests.

3. We shall not be by any means or become liable to the clients for any damage suffered by the clients directly or Indirectly through the presence of the pest in the said premises but our only liability shall be to treat the said premises with such processes as herein before provided and ensure pest control of the said premises.

4. We shall not be held responsible for any misplacement, loss or damage of any articles especially foodstuff, plastic materials and any valuables etc. while treating the premises under contract. On no account should we be held responsible for mishandling, Theft etc.

5. We shall try to keep the schedule of service. However, we shall not be held responsible for any delay or postponement of the service schedule. For the smooth working of pest control procedure, the premises should be made available for treatment at the fixed timing or period as may be agreeable to both parties. It will be for the mutual benefits that the clients should inform us well in advance if a scheduled program is cancelled due to reasons such as illness, scheduled time not suitable etc.

6. All payments should be strictly made in advance in favor of M/s. ANKITA PEST MANAGEMENT PVT LTD by Cheque / Cash only for which an official receipt should be demanded.

7. Once the contract is executed, the same cannot be cancelled by both parties

8. We may, at our discretion accept payment after the service. However, interest at 15% p.a. will be charged against all delayed payments.

9. The Contract is not transferrable .
